• Please ensure that the black solar shower is installed in the sun so that the water can heat up
• Depending on the duration and intensity of the sun, the water needs a certain amount of time to reach the desired temperature - a lot helps a lot
• Once the hot water has been used up, continue showering immediately with cold water - the water heats up again in the shower
• Use the mixing lever to mix the hot water to your desired temperature
• The water from the garden hose and the shower body mix in the process
• UV-resistant plastic makes a cover unnecessary
• The large 20 cm rain shower is adjustable in inclination - can be set to your needs
• This is equipped with anti-limescale silicone nubs, which makes cleaning much easier
• Simply brush over the nubs while showering to remove limescale

• The solar shower with hand shower comes with 150cm Stainless steel shower hose which is attached to the top of the diverter valve
• The hand shower of the Gartendusche is held by the adjustable, chrome-colored shower head holder. The holder is permanently mounted.

• The large 35-liter tank heats up to 60°. The hot water is sufficient for approx. 2-4 people to shower
• There is a connection on the back, adapter / quick-release fastener for standard garden hoses with 1/2 inch thread

Connection options and installation:

• Designed exclusively for connection via the 1/2 inch garden hose - simply attach the hose with the quick-release coupling
• Please ensure that there are no deposits inside the hose - also use the dirt trap for the quick coupling
• The outdoor shower has a base, approx. 180mm x 140mm x 8mm thick, for floor mounting - including 4 metal screws and plugs
• Installation is on / through a flat, non-moving, rigid / non-flexible base plate or a smooth and level concrete base
• Maximum connection pressure - 3.5 bar - 3/4 inch hoses and / or garden pumps / domestic waterworks must not be used
• With garden pumps, this pressure is often exceeded, even as individual pressure peaks and damage the solar shower
• To compensate for pressure fluctuations, use commercially available pressure reducers or the one in the cellar of your house if necessary

Winterizing:

• The shower does not necessarily have to be dismantled in winter if you follow our winterizing advice
• Close the water connection to the solar shower at Faucet of the house and remove the garden hose + quick coupling from the shower
• Open the mixing valve / mixing lever and set it to the "hot" position.
• Loosen the nut on the back, the drain plug (O). The water can now flow down to the lower edge of this opening
• The water drains completely out of the shower body - which may take a few minutes.
• Tap the shower to check whether the water has actually flowed out
• The hand shower and hose hang downwards, then you can blow through them once to get the remaining water out
• The internal hoses still carry a few drops of residual water - open the foot shower and the upper mixer lever to empty them
• By moving the mixing lever and switch several times, the water also runs out of the mixing cartridge behind it
• Bring the Overhead shower into a horizontal position and stroke the silicone nubs until no more water comes out
• This also works with the hand shower. The mixer lever and the foot shower remain open in winter

Miscellaneous:

• The heated water expands - it escapes on hot days via the Overhead shower through a few drops
• When the shower is not in use, you can turn off the water supply to the shower
• For example, with a stopcock with quick-release coupling, directly at the water inlet of the solar shower
• It is normal for the shower to run on and this is the case with all solar showers of this type due to their design
• Simply close the mixing lever a few seconds before the end of water withdrawal so that no water is lost unused
